1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 These Terms govern:

• access to and use of our website;
• any booking made through any platform (including third-party providers such as Fresha);
• the provision of any services by the Company.

1.3 By accessing our website, making a booking, or receiving any Services, you confirm that:

• you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full;
• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 All Services provided by Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation Ltd are:

• non-medical in nature;
• intended for wellness, relaxation and/or cosmetic purposes only;
• not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2.2 You acknowledge that:

• results are subjective and may vary between individuals;
• no guarantees are given as to outcomes;
• treatments may carry inherent and unavoidable risks.

3. Role of Third-Party Platform (Including Fresha)

3.1 Where bookings are made via third-party platforms (including Fresha):

• such platforms act solely as booking and/or payment intermediaries;
• they do not provide the Services;
• they are not a party to the Contract for Services.

3.2 The Contract for Services exists strictly between:

you and Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation Ltd

3.3 We accept no liability for:

• platform errors or technical failures;
• booking or confirmation issues;
• payment processing errors;
• outages or failures of third-party systems.

4. Booking and Contract Formation

4.1 A Contract is formed when:

• your Appointment is confirmed; and
• we accept your booking.

4.2 We reserve absolute discretion to:

• refuse any booking;
• cancel or reschedule appointments;
• restrict or block future bookings.

5. Payment, Deposits and Financial Terms

5.1 Payment may be required:

• in full in advance; or
• partially in the form of a deposit.

5.2 Deposits:

• may be up to 100% of the service value;
• are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Where payment is processed via third-party systems:

• such payment is collected on our behalf;
• we are not responsible for errors or failures in processing.

6. Cancellation, No-Show and Late Policy

6.1 Cancellation

• Minimum notice required: 24 hours;
• Late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service value.

6.2 No-Show

Failure to attend an Appointment:

• will result in an automatic full charge (100%);
• may result in restriction or refusal of future bookings.

6.3 Late Arrival

If you arrive late:

• treatment time may be reduced accordingly;
• full payment remains payable;
• we reserve the right to refuse the Appointment.

7. Chargeback and Payment Disputes

7.1 By making a booking, you confirm that:

• all payments are authorised and legitimate;
• you accept all applicable cancellation and booking policies.

7.2 You agree not to initiate a chargeback where:

• a booking has been confirmed; and
• applicable policies were made available to you.

7.3 In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree that we may:

• rely on these Terms as evidence;
• pursue recovery of outstanding amounts;
• recover any associated administrative or legal costs.

8. Health Disclosure, Consultation and Informed Consent

8.1 Client Health Disclosure

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information regarding:

• medical conditions;
• injuries;
• allergies or sensitivities;
• medications;
• pregnancy;
• any other relevant health factors.

Such information must be provided prior to your Appointment and updated where necessary.

8.2 Consultation and Scope of Assessment

Prior to providing any Services, we will conduct a consultation based on:

• information provided by you;
• visual and verbal assessment;
• professional judgement within the scope of non-medical practice.

You acknowledge that:

• we are not medical practitioners;
• we do not perform diagnostic procedures (including MRI, ultrasound or clinical testing);
• our assessment is limited to non-invasive and non-clinical observations.

8.3 Responsibility for Non-Disclosure

Failure to disclose relevant health information:

• shall be deemed a material omission; and
• releases Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation Ltd from liability

to the extent that any injury, loss or adverse outcome could reasonably have been avoided had such information been disclosed.

8.4 Allergies and Treatment Reactions

You acknowledge that:

• treatments, products or techniques may cause reactions;
• it is your responsibility to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities.

Where such information is not disclosed:

we shall not be liable for any resulting reaction.

8.5 Fitness for Treatment

By proceeding with the Appointment, you confirm that:

• you are physically fit to receive the Service;
• you have not withheld relevant information;
• you understand the nature and limitations of the treatment.

8.6 Informed Consent

By proceeding with the Service, you confirm that:

• you have had the opportunity to ask questions;
• you understand the nature, purpose and limitations of the treatment;
• you voluntarily consent to proceed.

8.7 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that:

• all treatments carry inherent risks;
• outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

However:

such risks are limited to those reasonably foreseeable within non-medical wellness services

and

do not include risks arising from negligence on our part.

9. Professional Boundaries and Conduct

9.1 All treatments are strictly professional.

9.2 Any inappropriate behaviour including:

• sexual remarks;
• harassment;
• misconduct;

will result in:

• immediate termination of treatment;
• full charge retained;
• permanent refusal of future services.

9.3 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or terminate Services where:

• it is unsafe to proceed;
• medical risks are identified;
• behaviour is inappropriate;
• these Terms are breached.

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

• indirect or consequential loss;
• loss of income or business;
• loss of profit;
• emotional distress.

11.2 Our total liability shall be limited to:

the amount paid for the Service.

11.3 We are not liable for:

• dissatisfaction with results;
• outcomes inherent to the nature of the treatment;
• actions of third parties.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation Ltd against any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from:

• your breach of these Terms;
• failure to disclose relevant health information;
• misuse of Services;
• your actions or omissions.

This includes legal and administrative costs.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• pandemics;
• government restrictions;
• technical failures;
• interruption of utilities or systems.

14. Data and Communications

14.1 You agree to receive communications relating to:

• bookings;
• appointments;
• service updates.

14.2 Communications may be sent via:

• email;
• SMS;
• booking platforms.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services without notice where:

• these Terms are breached;
• misuse or inappropriate conduct occurs.

17. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable:

• the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinnacle Body Rejuvenation Ltd.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
